If you're looking for an attorney in this sector, you have to choose Amy. I am an attorney, but had an extraordinarily complex immigration matter that I knew only an expert could handle. My wife and I have worked with Amy for more than a year. My NIW is already approved, and our green card is on its way. Based on my experience, I recommend Amy over most of the other available immigration lawyers for the following reason: I started my immigration process by talking with 3 or 4 lawyers, and I chose one of them (not Amy). After my second meeting with this other lawyer, I could see her lack of confidence and experience. I didn't know (and still don't know) which are the most relevant skills for a great immigration lawyer, but I knew I was looking for someone confident knowing that could succeed with my case. This other lawyer, although inexperienced, was very professional and recommended Amy. With Amy, from our first meeting, I knew she was the one maximizing my chances, so it was not hard to decide to move forward with her. She was usually busy, taking a couple of days to answer my questions. Later I understood the reason. She digs into her cases in such a way that she becomes a subject matter expert to address the requests more efficiently. My NIW involved some complex concepts, and I was amazed at how expert she became at the end of my case, demonstrating knowledge and expertise, but most importantly, passion for her job.
